How To Register (MatchTime)

This is best completed on a computer! If you or anyone you know is having difficulties or unable to register, please reach out to us and we will assist or process the registration/payment in a different way.

Create Account

You only need to do this step once.

After you create an account, you can use that account for all future seasons and any teams you join.

  • Navigate to https://www.matchtime.com/register/user
  • Here you will create an account in the software we use to manage the league.
  • You only need to fill out the blue boxes (Name, Gender, Email, Phone, Login, Password, and bottom 3 dropdowns).
  • When it asks for your rating – choose your closest DUPR or similar, or choose the rating of the team you’ll be playing on – don’t knowingly lie about your rating, please!
  • Your login will be your unique username that you’ll use to access the site.
  • Hit Submit and you will be brought to your dashboard (we will explain the dashboard and how to use it as a player or captain in the near future)

Join Your Team

Now that you have an account, you can successfully join teams. You’ll want to make sure that you’re logged in before joining a team.

  • If you are a player, your captain, or ourselves, will send you link.
  • If you are a captain, please be sure that you have contacted us about creating your team first. We will then send you a link to join the team.
  • Choose your division, sorted by counties at the moment, and click it, not the sign up now button.
  • You’ll then choose your team from the drop-down menu. DO NOT create a new team. If you don’t see your team or are having difficulties, please reach out to us.
  • Teams are sorted by Team Name [Captain Name] at [Location] – The captain’s name might be empty, say placeholder, or say player, if it’s a fresh team.
  • Make sure that are you indeed logged in (top-right).
  • Continue, fill out payment info, agree to terms and conditions (found at bottom of website: Participant Disclaimer), Select Pay by Card & Register.

Now you will be back to your dashboard, where you can perform player or captain duties.
